- Details you give us through our forms, WhatsApp, phone or email — such as your name, phone number, email address, travel dates, number of travellers, destinations, interests, budget and any special requests.
- Booking details when you confirm a trip — for example traveller names, ages or dates of birth, ID or passport details and dietary or accessibility needs, where hotels, airlines, transport operators or visa authorities require them.
- Payment information such as transaction references. We do not store card numbers on this website.
- Website usage — anonymous, aggregated statistics (pages viewed, device type, country) through Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or identify you personally.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare an itinerary and quote.
- To make and manage bookings with hotels, transport, activity and other travel suppliers.
- To help with visa applications and travel documents when you ask us to.
- To support you before and during your trip.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- To improve our website and services, using anonymous statistics.
- To send you offers or travel updates — only if you have agreed, and you can opt out at any time.
We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed to arrange your trip, with:
- Travel suppliers such as hotels, resorts, houseboat and cruise operators, transport companies, guides and airlines.
- Visa processing centres, embassies or consulates, when you ask us to help with a visa.
- Travel insurers, if you choose insurance through us.
- Service providers that help us run our business, including WhatsApp (Meta) for messaging and Vercel for website hosting and analytics.
- Government or law-enforcement authorities when the law requires it.
For international trips, your details will be shared with suppliers in the destination country so they can provide your services.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to plan your trip and follow up. Booking and payment records are kept for the period required by Indian tax and accounting law. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you and how it is used.
- Correct or update inaccurate data.
- Delete your data, where we are not required to keep it by law.
- Withdraw consent you have given, for example for marketing messages.
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf.

Children
Trips that include children are booked by a parent or guardian, who provides any details needed for them.
